The 2010 Commonwealth Day Message from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

Every year, on the second Monday in March, the Commonwealth Day is celebrated by people all around the Commonwealth of Nations, of which Hong Kong was a part before the 1997 Chinese occupation. On Commonwealth Day, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, as the the Head of the Commonwealth, delivers her Commonwealth Day message and leads a multi-faith observance at Westminster Abbey in London, England. The 2010 Commonwealth Day message from Her Majesty addresses the theme of “Science, Technology and Society.”
